Hotel Villa LetiziaBookings can be made exclusively via our online booking system.
Credit Card guarantee (VISA/Mastercard number + expiry date) is required to confirm the booking.
Our cancellation terms and conditions:
FLEXIBLE RATE up to 30 days prior to arrival: free of charge,
29 – 15 days prior to arrival: 20% of all estimated costs (minimum cost of one night),
14 – 5 days prior to arrival: 50% of all estimated costs (minimum cost of one night),
4 – 1 days prior to arrival, on day of arrival, no-show or reduced stays whilst at the hotel: 100% of all estimated costs.
PREPAID RATE No free cancellation available for this rate. Full payment at time of booking. In case of cancellation or no-show the total amount will be retained.
These conditions apply regardless of whether the canceled rooms are re-rented in whole or in part.

Booking cancellations / changes must be made by the customer in the booking system. Changing a reservation means: cancel the existing reservation and make a new booking.

Hotel offers are always non-binding. The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings within 24 hours after confirmation, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you.
