Our cancellation terms and conditions:

FLEXIBLE RATE:

• up to 30 days prior to arrival: free of charge,

  29 – 15 days prior to arrival: 20% of all estimated costs (minimum cost of one night),

  14 – 6 days prior to arrival: 50% of all estimated costs (minimum cost of one night),

  5 – 1 days prior to arrival, on day of arrival, no-show or reduced stays whilst at the hotel: 100% of all estimated costs.

PREPAID RATE:

• No free cancellation available for this rate. Full payment at time of booking. In case of cancellation or no-show the total amount will be retained.

These conditions apply regardless of whether the canceled rooms are re-rented in whole or in part.

Booking cancellations / changes must be made by the customer in the booking system. Changing a reservation means: cancel the existing reservation and make a new booking.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations made through the hotel's booking system without prior notice in the event of incorrect information or at the hotel's discretion.

We cannot guarantee a specific room number or floor. We will always try to consider our guest's wishes.
